Grace O'Malley Limited Edition Dark Char & Rum Cask
Grace O Malley’s Limited edition blend is comprised of Irish grain and malt whiskies which have had a double cask maturation. First aging is done in deep charred American oak casks which give the whiskey a smoothness with a vanilla sweetness. Finished in Caribbean rum casks for exotic notes of tropical fruits and almonds.
NOSE
Aromas of oak with some citrus and subtle spice. Malt with an underlying sweetness.
PALATE
Shortbread cookies, vanilla and zest with some smokiness at the end.
FINISH
Smooth finish with lingering malt.
