There will be a slight interruption to our shipping schedule for the coming few weeks.
Due to staff shortages in the hospitality sector and a long over due family holiday, we will be unable to ship orders from Tuesday, 7th of July 2022 until Thursday, 28th of July 2022. As a small family run business, we take great pride in our service and this is not a decision that was lightly taken. Over the past two years COVID 19 has played havoc with businesses and families all over the world.
I have two small children who have had holidays cancelled for the past two summers. I understand that this is an inconvenience for our loyal customers but I'm sure you will understand the situation. This has been compounded by the acute lack of staff in the hospitality sector. We had intended to have staff in place by this time, but this has not been possible.
We will continue to add new products to the website so as to keep up to date with new releases. The website will operate as normal and orders can still be placed but will not be shipped until Friday, 29th July 2022.
Any customer who wishes to have Tiny Tipples for gifts or events during this period will need to have their orders in before 6pm on Monday, 4th July 2022. This notice will be posted on all social media channels. We will also be giving out a 15% Discount code for use on all products as an apology for this situation.
This discount will apply automatically to all products and is available until 6pm on Monday, 4th of July 2022.
