This single cask release from Tipperary is from cask no. 627 of fewer than 250 bottles. It was filled into a Bourbon barrel in May 2010 for more than 9 years before being bottled in February 2020. The result is a light and buttery whiskey with sweet notes of marshmallow and vanilla, coming to a slightly spicy and deceptively rich cereal finish. Bottled at a cask strength of 59.55%, this is a superb example of a CS Single Grain whiskey.
