This very limited release of roughly 80 bottles was released in December 2021. Distilled using only barley grown on Ballindoney Farm, matured in first fill Bourbon barrels for 4 years before finishing in ex Sherry Octaves. It is rich sweet and full of dark fruit tones from the sherry octave influence.
