Regular price $14.09The whiskey matured in a former first fill bourbon barrel. Since it was bottled with 57% alcohol volume, the aromas are correspondingly intense. Above all, this bottling is characterized by a special honey note, which can be found on the palate. In addition, typical fruit notes and sweet malt notes come into play. As we know and appreciate from West Cork, the whiskey was neither colored nor chilled, but bottled completely natural. Since it is a single barrel filling, the number of bottles is limited accordingly.
This is great chance to taste a single malt from a single cask at cask strength at an affordable price. The first fill bourbon maturation gives loads of nice vanilla, honey and nuts.
