Shortcross is a classical gin style with a uniquetwist; best described as floral meadow, wild berries and grassy notes. It is a smooth gin with an exceptionally long finish. Apples, elderberries, elderflowers and wild clover are distilled with, juniper, coriander, orange and lemon to make this gin.

'Shortcross Rye & Malt Irish Whiskey

This carefully crafted Rye and Malt edition of Shortcross Irish Whiskey has been proudly distilled, matured and bottled at Rademon Estate Distillery. 

This is our second release of whiskey, following our first release Inaugural single malt whiskey. 

Created with a unique mash bill of 100% Irish malted rye and malted barley

This whiskey has been double distilled on our copper pot stills, including one of the smallest whiskey stills on the island of Ireland

Aged in a combination of virgin chinkapin oak and ex-bourbon barrels. Non-chill filtered all natural colour'
