Grace O’Malley Rum Cask Whiskey is a special blend, combining multiple batches of whiskey of varying age statements up to ten years to deliver the perfect balance of fruitiness, age-character, complexity and smoothness. Unique in Ireland due to its high content double distilled malt, this special blend is finished in Caribbean aged rum casks for added rich spiciness and cut with rock filtered water from County Mayo in the West of Ireland.

NOSE
Fruity character with fudge, ripe banana and tropical fruit nuances.

PALATE
Creamy start with fusion of flavours of roasted cereals and cooked fruit notes.

FINISH
Long and sweet with lingering hints of rum.
