'Saints Island Cask Strength
We’ve always wanted to release a Cask Strength Whiskey under The Bridge Series and we’ve decided to dip our toe in the water with a Cask Strength version of our Saints Island Release.
Bottled at 54.9 % ABV, and limited to 100 bottles as a distillery exclusive , we have a mere 50 of these for sale online.

2014 Bushmills Malt
Maturation:
This deep copper coloured whiskey was initially matured in Bourbon, and finished for 22 months in a 500L Amontillado Dulce Sherry butt, which was part of a solera for over 30 years in Spain before we purchased it.
Tasting Notes:
Nose:
Raisins, Apple Strudel and polished leather.
Taste:
Rich caramel, caramelised fruits, baked nuts and pipe tobacco.
Finish
Long with cacao nibs, toasted hazelnuts, maraschino cherries and mixed spice.
Like all of The Bridge releases, this is a non chill-filtered whiskey with no added colour.'
