From Clonakilty’s Cask Series comes the Port Cask Finish which is a blend of a 10 year old triple distilled malt and an 8 year old grain. Gently cut and finished in port casks imported from the Douro Valley in a process which adds a sweetness with spicy notes and creates a beautiful rich colour.   This bottle is from batch 0011 of 1000 bottles.

An exciting Collaboration Whiskey between Clonakilty distillery and O'Hara's Craft Brewery. A beautiful single malt packed with lots of rich ginger and chocolate tones imparted from a three-cask maturation process. This Single Malt has been aged in Ex-Bourbon casks finished in O'Hara's Imperial Stout and Winter Star Spiced Pale Ale in their Atlantic ocean warehouse.

This release was limited to 950 bottles. This also won the 'Small Batch Single Malt 12 Years & Under' at the World Whiskey Awards 2022. A really great whiskey.

Nose: Vanilla custard, candied ginger, and rich hot chocolate with nutmeg and cinnamon
Palate: Chocolate fudge brownie, ginger cake with lemon peel and cardamom
Finish: Warming allspice with chocolate and orange oil
