Dingle Lúnasa Single Malt is the fourth release from the limited edition Wheel Of The Year Series distilled, matured and bottled at Dingle Distillery. Matured in first-fill Bourbon casks before a long finish in Widow Jane Bourbon casks. Aromas of ripe red berries, warm salted caramel tart, lemon sherbet and creamy butter fudge, combine beautifully with notes of barley sugar, hints of spice and dark chocolate and creamy butter toffee on the palate.
