Nose: burst of dark fruits, spices and hint of
marzipan.

Pallet: a fruit explosion of plum, figs and
orchard fruits with cinnamon and vanilla pods.

Finish: Long and well balanced with notes of
vanilla, dark chocolate and spice.

ABV: 53%.

casks. We’ve bottled this single malt at
an approachable 42% ABV, revealing a
rich pallet of flavours from delicate
orchard fruit to prominent sultana and
poached pear.'

Pallet: the fruit completely carries over
for a warming, deep finish.

This Tiny Tipple is poured from bottle number 228.

This delicious single cask edition of Dunvilles has been aged in a single unique oloroso sherry cask numbered 989. Echlinville Distillery releases are reliably delicious, unique and warming. This new release was originally sourced from another distillery, move into a sherry cask for a special finish. Bottled at 55%, this unique whiskey is non chill filtered and lovingly balanced.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Milk and dark orange chocolate, butter caramel, and stewed fruit cake, the dark kind, think dates, figs and cherries, stewed in caramelised muscovado sugar and splashings of sherry.

PALATE
The initial burst of stewed candied fruits, plums, dates, raisins and cherries, is enveloped by an embrace of very ripe Christmas pudding. Dark treacle molasses, an array of Christmas spices, walnuts, hazelnuts, and medium roast coffee beans latte all held in perfect balance with clean malt tones, oak tannin, and a final glorious crescendo of old world leather and rich rolled tobacco.

FINISH
As full as the palate, thick, creamy, deep, sweet, luxurious, those pudding spices still in the background as it finally dries out in those last stolen moments of old sherry dried fruits and sweet tobacco.

This 19 Year Old Single Malt is finished in a Madeira Cask and is the first Madeira Cask Finish whiskey in Dunville's portfolio. This thick, oily, syrupy, and complex whiskey fills your mouth with incredible summerfruit flavours and doesn’t let go! Limited to just 307 bottles. 

Nose: Full and complex, yet light and floral. Initial notes of orange syrup develop into ripe orange peel, butter toffee, and the toffee from sweet toffee popcorn, lightly toasted walnuts, a hint of candied lemon zest.

Palate: Freshly made sweet popcorn opens up to walnuts, hazelnuts in syrup, burnt caramel, and a light kiss of iced caramel vanilla latte. The summer fruits are there in abundance, cara oranges, Sicilian lemons, over ripe apricots, stewed peaches, think summer fruit salad served with vanilla ice cream and toffee sauce. Thick, oily, syrupy and complex, this fills your mouth and doesn’t let go.

A special edition of Indian single malt from the sunny Goan coasts, the Oloroso is a sensational explosion of incredible flavours. With dark mahogany hues, this exquisite expression presents an aromatic tapestry of sherry influenced fragrances of peach and apricot with a light note of molassess and blood orange. Sublimely finished in Oloroso casks, its soft flavours are filed with a nutty chocolate and Melton Hunt cake. The long finish is intense and sweet with delicious heavy spices imbibed from the Oloroso casks and melded with a dash of coffee mocha and sumptuous dark chocolate.

Nose :Peach, apricot and light notes of molassess and blood orange.

Taste :Soft and sweet, with nutty chocolate and Melton Hunt cake.
